NEW ASSOCIATES:  Have you recently received your welcome pack and letter from IAM Head Office?      Yes, …then this is what you must do next in order to enrol for your observed drives:

1. Complete and sign the IAM “Skill for Life ” Enrolment Form that was enclosed with your letter. You must remember to enter your six digit Associate Number which you will find printed at the top of the welcome letter.

2. You must then post the white and green copies of the completed Enrolment Form to the “Membership Forms” address shown below. The pink copy of the Enrolment Form is for your retention.

3. Gather together your driving licence, insurance certificate and, if applicable an MOT certificate as you will have to present these when you go for your first observed drive.

NB: It is important that you complete the above procedure; you will not be automatically enrolled with your local IAM group by IAM Head Office – the only way that you can enrol with your local group for your observed drives is by following the above procedure.
